We’re excited to share our key highlights from The Office x The Watercooler Exhibition; the leading employee health, well-being and workplace culture event, held at ExCel London from 23 – 24 April 2024. Benholm Group took centre stage amidst a bustling crowd of industry leaders showcasing our innovative planting solutions, leaving a lasting impression with our green displays, and by emphasising the impact that greenery can have on employee health, happiness, and productivity which is a fundamental consideration for all employers.
A Haven of Creative Planting Solutions
At our two stands, attendees were greeted by vibrant greenery, showcasing our diverse range of creative planting solutions. From sleek, modern planters to lush green walls, we demonstrated how incorporating plants into office spaces can transform environments, enhance well-being, and boost productivity. Visitors to our stands also got to take away their own plants spray bottle to encourage them to keep their own home or workplace filled with vibrant plant life – which got fantastic feedback!
Panel Discussion: There is a growing recognition of the role of biophilic design in creating inspiring work environments. Director, Adrian Byne – our resident expert in biophilic design – collaborated on a fascinating panel discussion ‘Designing Inspiring Workplaces to Meet the Changing Needs of Organisations and Employees’ in Theatre 4. Addressing the crucial role of greenery in workspace design, Adrian shared invaluable insights on harnessing the power of nature to create healthier, happier, and more productive spaces, and provided practical strategies for incorporating greenery into their own workplace designs, empowering them to create environments that not only look aesthetically pleasing but also promote employee satisfaction and performance.
Plant Sponsorship and Displays Across the Conference
In addition to our stand and panel discussion, Benholm Group were proud to be the official plant sponsor of the conference venue, further underscoring our commitment to promoting green excellence in the workplace. Our stunning planting was on view across the ExCel Centre, and within the conference theatres – from striking foliage installations to selfie-spots, our plants added a touch of natural elegance to the exhibition and truly showcased the power of plants in elevating all type of spaces.
