This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from benholm.online (the “Site”).

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information. 

How do we use your personal information? 
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

– Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and 
– When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. 

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). 

We use Elementor to create the visual elements of this store, Elementor may use your browsing behavior to present custom visualisations or to suggest products to you whilst on our website based on the products you have previously viewed and/or products you have previously purchased. 

When you make a purchase from the site we will automatically create an account for you. This account will be active for 60 days from the point of your last login, if you do not login for more than 60 days your personal information will be deleted. You can also request that we delete this information before 60 days have elapsed by emailing us. 

Sharing you personal Information 
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use WordPress & WooCommerce to power our online store. Square will store your data for the purpose of administering its systems and complying with it’s obligations to prevent money laundering. When you make a purchase through us your information is shared with Square Payments in order to process the transaction.

We will never sell your information to a 3rd party and we will take all reasonable steps to prevent a data breach. In the event of a data breach we will inform you within the legal time frame set out in the Data Protection Act 2018. 

We may share your information automatically from time to time for the purposes of administering or maintaining our website with our hosting and domain partners 1&1 Ionos. 

We use a tool called Jet Pack to prevent spam and other prohibited behavious on our website. Jet Pack may make automated programmatic decisions in determining whether an action by you amounts to spam or a breach of our website terms and conditions. These decisions are also subject to human review, however we do not review every decision made by Jet Pack. 

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. 

Behavioural advertising 
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. You also have the right to ask us to delete your data at any time, where you ask us to delete your data sales records will be cleared of personal data so that we still use them for accounting purposes. 

Data retention 
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 

Changes 
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
