Lush recently gathered over 400 of their employees from around the world for a networking event and product refresher in Glasgow.

Held at Platform, a vibrant venue situated under the arches at Glasgow Central Station on Argyle Street, the meeting focused on the theme of ‘The Art of Service.’ Store managers, market leads and retail support specialists came together to discover ways to continue their goal of making every customer feel special, seen and valued in an ever-evolving retail landscape. The two-day event was full of ideas, activities, workshops, product making and even a scented cinema.

Sixty live plants adorned the venue, each carefully selected to complement Lush’s reputation for using natural ingredients and ethical sourcing practices. The variety of species used was as diverse as their product range. From small planters boasting aglaonema and ferns to majestic banana plants in extra-large pots, each green addition added a touch of freshness and vitality to the surroundings.

Lush’s dedication to responsible practices extended to their choice of planters. Crafted from recycled plastic and natural stone powder, these materials were mixed and sprayed into a mould, ensuring that every pot was unqiue and unwavering in strength.
