Benholm Group Director to Speak on Workplace Wellbeing at Office X Watercooler Event

We’re delighted to announce our Director, Adrian Byne, will take to the stage on the first day of The Office event alongside a panel of workplace experts.
Taking place at 11:35 in Theatre 4, the 45-minute panel discussion titled “Designing inspiring workplaces to meet the changing needs of organisations and employees” will cover a range of pertinent issues such as:
– Designing people-centric workplaces that support hybrid working and align with the organisation’s long-term workplace strategy
– Identifying how different workplace factors impact employee wellbeing and performance to inform the design and operation of the workspace.
– Creating agile and flexible work environments that can adapt to the changing needs of the organisation
– Working across the business to share and embed new ways of working
Adrian will be joined on the panel by Rachel Slade from Baker McKenzie, Harsha Kotak from Women in Office Design and Dominic Brankin from Government Property Agency.
In addition to Adrian’s speaking slot, we’ll also be exhibiting and are the official Workplace Planting Provider for the two-day event.
