Monday 5 October 2026 | Material Source Studio, Glasgow

Material Source Studio is launching CPD Mondays, a new initiative bringing together a programme of CPDs and Lunch & Learns for architects, designers and specifiers, and Benholm will be taking part in the first Glasgow event on Monday 5 October.

The pilot event will take place simultaneously across Material Source Studio locations in Glasgow, Manchester and London, before CPD Mondays becomes a regular monthly fixture from 2027.

Build your own CPD schedule

The Glasgow programme features eight sessions running between 9:30am and 2pm, covering topics including neuro-inclusive environments, timber flooring, embodied carbon, interior trends, architectural glass, paint specification and biophilic design.

Attendees can build their own schedule and attend up to four consecutive sessions in a single visit, with lunch provided and the opportunity to explore the Material Source Studio and its Partner PODs throughout the day.

Using Plants to Support Biophilic Design

As a Material Source Studio partner, Benholm will be delivering Using Plants to Support Biophilic Design from 11:45am to 12:45pm.

The session explores how integrating nature into the built environment can help create healthier, more engaging and higher-performing spaces.

We’ll introduce the principles and science behind biophilic design before looking at how planting can be used to address real interior design challenges. Through practical specification guidance, advice on green walls and examples from projects across workplaces, hospitality, education, healthcare and retail, attendees will leave with ideas they can apply to their own projects.
