On Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 February, we proudly exhibited at the Scottish Interiors Showcase at the Macdonald Inchyra Hotel, bringing biophilic design to the heart of Scotland’s interiors community.

At the centre of our presence was a vibrant, fully installed living wall, created by our expert team within the event’s design pavilion. The striking installation was a focal point for exhibitors and attendees, drawing admiration and sparking conversations about the growing demand for nature-inspired spaces.

Representing the business at the two-day event were maintenance technician Jaime, Business Development Managers Jack and Josh, and the marketing team, Scott and Sophie.

The team connected with industry professionals, shared insights, and highlighted the transformative power of biophilic design in commercial environments.

Set within the elegant backdrop of the Macdonald Inchyra Hotel, the Scottish Interiors Showcase provided an ideal setting for networking with leading names in the interiors sector, including Graham & Brown, Elite Furniture and John Lewis, among many others. The atmosphere throughout the event was electric, with a steady flow of visitors keen to explore new ideas, products and collaborations.

Our team also took the opportunity to interview a range of exhibitors and attendees, capturing their insights on emerging trends and what inspired them to attend the showcase.

“I started my own company called Gray Interiors and it will be coming up two weeks today since my first year, as a new self-employed designer, it’s great to come in and see all the new products.”

Biophilic design proved to be a particularly popular topic, with many industry professionals recognising its value in interior design.

Adding to the excitement was our exclusive competition prize: a luxury Italian hamper. To enter, participants were invited to guess how many individual leaves made up our living wall, a challenge that generated plenty of enthusiasm and friendly debate across the Design Pavilion.

Huge congratulations to our two winners, Joelle Reid and Caroline Wood-Robertson.

The Scottish Interiors Showcase was a huge success for our team, strengthening industry connections, inspiring new conversations, and reinforcing our commitment to bringing innovative, nature-led design solutions to the interiors sector.

Exhibiting enabled us to connect with a diverse range of interior designers, architects and industry professionals, and open the door to new collaborations and partnerships. Just as importantly, it provides valuable opportunities to identify emerging talent as we continue to grow and expand our team.
