Benholm Group was appointed by JLL to create a standout festive installation for the Clyde Place Campus in Glasgow. The brief was to design something visually striking, welcoming, and suited to the high-quality environment of the campus.

The chosen concept was our Enchanted Arctic theme, a calm winter scene inspired by polar landscapes. The display combined live cut trees in mixed heights, shimmering blue and silver décor, and soft cool-toned lighting. A gently winding pathway led visitors through clusters of illuminated trees, framed by two decorated entrance arches with statement white bows.

Life-size polar bear figures formed the main focal point, supported by playful penguin characters placed throughout the space. White picket fencing, snow blankets and coordinated garlands completed the installation and helped create a cohesive winter setting. All components were designed and installed to withstand outdoor conditions and support continuous footfall across the festive period.
