We offer a hassle-free maintenance service to keep your plants looking as healthy as the day they were installed so you can focus on what matters most to your business.
During our maintenance visits, we are happy to answer any questions you may have, and you can expect us to carry out a full inspection of your plants. We will also clean, feed, prune and water the plants according to their specific requirements and replace any dead, ailing or even overgrown plants at no extra cost.
Should you need help or have any questions or regarding your plants maintenance beyond our regular visits, our friendly team can be contacted for advice or to arrange a visit via email or telephone.
A dedicated Benholm technician will typically only need to visit your premises every four weeks, made possible by our watering reservoir technique, but this is not set in stone and the frequency of our visits is also influenced by the needs of your clients plants.
Artificial plants have less maintenance requirements than live planting and our visits are less frequently needed – usually on a quarterly, six-monthly or even annual basis.
Our experienced team maintain planting solutions for organisations of all sizes throughout the UK.
We also provide a subcontract service for interior landscapers in the South.
Plants which have been rented from us include a maintenance contact which typically lasts a minimum of three years.
Maintenance contracts are also available for plants you have purchased from us, or even your own existing plants, over a period of 1, 2 or 3 years.
Whether you have a maintenance contract for rented, purchased, or your own plants, there is no difference in the service we provide.
Maintenance fees are normally invoiced quarterly in advance and the price you agrees remains fixed throughout the minimum term of the contract. We understand every business is different, however, and are happy to discuss alternative payment arrangements should they be required.

A rental package is an ideal solution for a lot of organisations because it removes any need for a significant initial capital outlay and instead spreads out your costs over the term of the contract – normally three years. It also provides the flexibility to change and update the specification should your space change in the future and you’re not stuck with the planters you bought a few years earlier. A rental package includes our full maintenance service to ensure your displays are always in peak condition. Rental is normally invoiced quarterly in advance.

This all depends on the planting specification and complexity of the installation. Most installation are carried out within 4 or 5 weeks from order but sometimes it can be quicker if it includes items we have in stock. However, our administration team will keep in touch with you so that you know where everything is up to and when to expect our team on site. If you have a specific deadline for an opening etc. we will always do everything we can to meet your timescales.
