The BCO Annual Conference 2026 heads back to Scotland for the first time since 2009, taking place across two of the country’s most influential cities — Edinburgh and Glasgow — on 17–18 June.
Branded “The Festival of Enlightenment,” this year’s conference is designed to inspire, challenge and connect delegates through a dynamic two-day programme of plenaries, tours and workshops. Bringing together leaders from across the office and workplace sector, the event promises fresh thinking, practical insight and meaningful industry dialogue.
As one of the most anticipated gatherings in the UK workplace calendar, the BCO Annual Conference provides a platform for knowledge-sharing, collaboration and forward-thinking discussion around the future of offices and commercial space.

The 2026 conference is built around three core themes:
